AviusULD Pallets are manufactured using the strongest extrusion and sheet alloys to ensure high impact resistance and reinforced stiffness. Additionally, each pallet is equipped with solid reinforcements inserted in every corner, enhancing its ability to withstand day-to-day handling in the aviation logistics chain.

Common ULD Types

We offer the capability, together with our partners, to custom fit these devices into a pallet or container base upon request.
Our pallet extenders provide support for cargo items beyond the short or long sides of the pallet, allowing for even greater volume.
Both the slanted extenders and the adjustable horizontal platform design (which can also be used in a vertical position) include a panel or shelf that extends upwards and outwards.
When not in use, these can be folded onto the pallet sheet.
This self-leveling design enables safe and easy stacking of empty pallets.
To maximize usable space, the extenders can be customized to fit the equivalent pallet size and aircraft contour.
Our pallet extenders are based on the same concept and high-quality material used for our containers.
They are designed to be operated by one person (single-hand operation) without separate locks or special tools.
Their modular non-welded design and parts interchangeability allows easy repair.
Both extender types can be attached to any standard aircraft cargo pallet.
