To meet our high quality standards, all new designs, innovations, materials and parts we use must pass through stringent test scenarios before the start of production.

Our in-house lab in Alkmaar (the Netherlands), hosts a full range of the latest equipment for testing tensile and breaking strength, puncture resistance and indentation. The test center is also equipped for measuring material degradation (with QUV and a climate chamber) and deterioration, running cycle and abrasion tests, and to proof the required fire resistance of non-metal parts.
